Sathiyabama Baskaran

Sathiyabama Baskaran is the Head of Global Impact for East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation. Based in India, she oversees and provides strategic guidance for impact measurement activities across all EWS-KT countries, monitoring impact data design, collection, and analysis.

Sathiyabama has over 15 years of experience in the development sector and 11 years of experience in the corporate sector in various leading roles. She brings deep experience in agriculture value chains and operationalizing CSR initiatives for leading private organizations. Having come from the development sector and with experience in working with respected corporates, she has a thorough understanding of both sectors, which has enabled her to create meaningful partnerships and deliver the best to society according to industry standards and best practices.

Sathiyabama also serves as Knowledge Transfer Manager for India and provides regional oversight as Head of Knowledge Transfer for South Asia.
