Stuart Morris

Stuart Morris is the Director of East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation, a position he has held since 2016. Based in the Netherlands, he supports the strategic direction of knowledge transfer operations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ghana, India, Myanmar, Nigeria, the Philippines, Tanzania, and Uganda. Stuart studied horticulture at Merrist Wood College and earned an MSc in international development from the Royal Agricultural University in the UK. Having worked in agricultural development for more than 20 years, he has solid knowledge and expertise in project management and strategy development, as well as technical expertise in developing inclusive, market-driven agricultural value chains. Prior to joining EWS-KT, Stuart worked with East-West Seed in Myanmar, where he established the company’s pre-commercial knowledge transfer activities.
