Rachana Sok

Rachana Sok is the Global Finance Manager for East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation. Based in Cambodia, Rachana oversees financial processes end-to-end across all EWS-KT countries and entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations while driving financial efficiency. She also provides financial insights to support organizational decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

Prior to joining EWS-KT, Rachana held senior finance and operations positions at several prominent international organizations, including Chemonics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and HEKS/EPER Cambodia. In these capacities, she was responsible for overseeing substantial budgets and strengthening financial systems to comply with diverse donor requirements. She began her professional journey at World Vision Cambodia, where she gained valuable experience managing institutional funding. Rachana has a master’s degree in business administration (finance).
