Karina Rodrigues Brasil

Karina Rodrigues Brasil is the Global Human Resources Manager for East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation. Based in the United States, she develops and drives organizational and people-related strategies and initiatives that support the long-term growth and stability of the foundation.

Karina has more than 16 years of human resources experience in multinational corporations across Latin America and North America, with expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, labor relations, and HR operations. She was previously the Country Human Resources Manager for East-West Seed in Brazil. A native of Brazil, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FEI and a certificate in human resources management from PUC Minas.
