Jemima Aku Djah

Jemima Djah is the Knowledge Transfer Manager for Ghana. In this role, she leads the EWS-KT Ghana team, providing strategic direction and operational support for all EWS-KT activities in the country.

Jemima has more than 13 years of experience in the horticulture and development sectors. Before joining EWS-KT, she served as an Agronomist Advisor for SNV Ghana on the HortiFresh program and was Team Lead for the program’s nutrition component. Previously, she worked as an Agronomist for the International Fertilizer Development Center’s GhanaVeg program and for Dizengoff Ghana Limited.

Jemima is a co-author of “Types of Indigenous Vegetables Consumed, Preparation, Preferences and Perceived Benefits in Ghana,” published in the Journal of Ethnic Foods. She holds a BSc in Agriculture and a MPhil in Crop Science from the University of Ghana.
