Giridhar Raghavendran

Giridhar Raghavendran is the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation. He has been with EWS-KT since early 2021. In this position, Giri takes a leadership role in strengthening the human resources function across EWS-KT countries in Africa and Asia, as well as the Netherlands. Giri is a commerce graduate and a law graduate, and he holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources. Prior to joining EWS-KT, he worked with information technology companies for over 25 years across Bengaluru and Chennai, handling talent acquisition, human resources operations, and learning and development.
