Epaphras is passionate about working with smallholder farmers in improving their farming practices so that they can improve their productivity and income. He has more than 12 years of experience working in the agricultural field both in the public and private sector offering extension services to farmers. In his current position as Country Knowledge Transfer Manager and Technical specialist, he manages and supports the Knowledge Transfer team in Tanzania to achieve their objectives of supporting smallholder farmers. As a technical specialist, he supports strengthening the capacity of technical staff in Africa. Epaphras holds an MSc. in Agriculture and Rural Development from Hankyong National University, South Korea. He pursued his BSc. in Agriculture Extension and Education from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania, Diploma in Education from Dar Es Salaam Teachers College specializing in Chemistry and Biology.
