David Baguma

David Baguma is the Projects Coordinator for Uganda at East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation. He coordinates and oversees all projects in Uganda and supports the team in devising strategies to achieve both project and institutional goals. In addition to project management, he focuses on systems strengthening, youth empowerment programs, policy analysis and advocacy, life skills, and monitoring and evaluation. He also supports the team on digital media engagement.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and is pursuing a master’s degree in agriculture and rural development. He has worked in the strategic programming field since 2017, with expertise in managing teams, training, monitoring and evaluation of programs, data collection and analysis, undertaking baseline surveys, and carrying out midterm and end-term evaluations in fragile and post-conflict environments, among others.
