Johnan Sebuwulya

Johnan Sebuwulya is the Finance Officer for Uganda. Johnan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Hons), accounting, from Makerere University and a diploma in business administration from Makerere Business Institute. He has vast experience in the private sector, particularly in the areas of budgeting and budget controls, banking, and finance. He also has experience in tax matters, having worked as a private tax consultant.
